The quality of the accommodation and furnishings was lovely, very peaceful and excellent location. Spotless. The hosts were brilliant and always on hand if needed

We liked absolutely everything about our stay. The cottage was exceptionally clean. Beds were comfortable and the cottage was nice and warm.
The location is excellent, lots of nice walks around. Our son loved seeing all the horses and Roger was happy to talk to us about them which was great. The dog had the time of his life and the cottage has a very useful enclosed patio area.
Would highly recommend and would look to stay again next time we visit Lincolnshire.

The cottage was spacious, well equipped and warm. Location was lovely and peaceful and had lots of nice walks close by. There was fresh eggs, milk and a plum loaf on arrival. Julie was very welcoming and helpful. We will definitely be returning.
Nothing, I would highly recommend.

Brook House Farm Cottage was absolutely perfect. The setting is stunning and the cottage is beautiful. My Son and I took our little dog and we couldn't have asked for a nicer place to stay. The surrounding areas are fantastic for walking and the local towns have everything you could ask for. Our hosts Julie and Roger were really friendly and helpful. We will definitely be returning next year.
We loved absolutely everything. Couldn't fault it. Facilities and cleanliness were exceptional as were our hosts.
