Shower in main bedroom wasn’t very powerful and large shower rose didn’t work, just dripped. Shower door in second bedroom didn’t close properly Main bed room could do with shutters or heavier curtains as sunlight woke me up early every day. Parking was a bit tight at times and difficult to turn car around. Not specific to the property, but the beach spaces could be tidied up. Attention to the flowers and walking surfaces which were a bit rough and cracked. Steps in and out of the water were a bit grungy and could be cleaned which would make a huge difference

An extraordinary rental property in Rascisce, Korcula which exceeded all our high-end expectations

My husband and I are so grateful to the owners and especially to Ivan, the young property manager from Korcula, for the opportunity to stay in this extraordinary rental property which exceeded all our high-end expectations. Initially, Ivan was an excellent host from our arrival to our departure. In addition to making sure that we were entirely comfortable in this beautiful apartment, welcoming us with a whole basket of tasty and quality treats, bread, and wine on the first night. Ivan also recommended excellent restaurants and a great personal boat tour of the nearby islands. The luxury furnished apartment with incredible attention to detail, as we have never seen before, and the quality of all the beds, sofas, furniture, outdoor furniture, jacuzzi, kitchen elements, grill, appliances, and everything else included was high-end. My husband and I only regretted waiting until the second night to read the perfect notebook introduction to Korčula written by the owner and a list of recommendations of things to do and places to visit. As we spend at least a few months in the Balkans every year, we look forward to hopefully being able to rent this apartment again for a more extended stay soon. Thank you again for everything, and we are coming back to you!

Quiet place with amazing views close to stunning beaches

The place is very new, well maintained and equipped with every appliance one might need. Views from the terrace are amazing. Quietly located yet close to restaurants. Two stunning beaches only a 2-5 minute car drive away. Communication with John and Ivan was very pleasant and efficient.
