Comfy, clean and fresh. I had eggs and pancakes with honey for brekfast and the water was surprisingly good.
I am European and I am not used to people walking in their homes with outdoors shoes on. This will allways bother me somehow even though for a long time I've known it to be a custom here in the USA. And maybe cause if I would do that in Europe I would be scolded by a very angry lady with a mop or a cleaning cloth. That's the only reason for not 4 stars in clean. Everything else was superbly clean, well set and staff was very diligence. So maybe the 3 stars are in my moms honor and to make her proud.

I didn't have breakfast, but the location was great.
It could have been a little cleaner, because the desk had some sticky substance on it.

The facilities were clean and tidy, easy check in, nice room and friendly staff.
As there was a baseball game that weekend, kids were running around and shouting outside my room. Breakfast was poor, choices limited especially as a vegetarian.
