This stunning new Villa hosts 4 Bedrooms, A/C,Heating, Wi-Fi, UK TV, Private Pool, Cinema Room & Games Room
The property is fully alarmed and has a remote control entry system with electric gates
This private villa is located on the Prestigious Boavista Golf Resort and has views across the 13th Fairway and the Bay of Lagos.
It is equipped with every amenity you could wish for to make it feel home from home.
The Interior is tastefully furnished and has an open plan fully fitted Kitchen, Lounge and Diner with Patio doors leading out onto the balcony. Here you will find a table and chairs with stunning views overlooking the golf course and the bay of Lagos. There are also lounge chairs for you to sit and chill away your evenings.
On the ground floor you will also find a Twin Bedded Bedroom with En-Suite Bathroom fitted with Bath with Shower, WC, Bidet, Sink & Heated Towel Rail
The first Floor of the Villa hosts a further 3 Bedrooms. The Master Bedroom has a Super King Bed, TV and En-Suite Shower Room with walk in shower, WC,Bidet, Sink and heated towel rail. The bedroom also has patio doors leading onto small private balcony with small table and chairs and views across the golf course
The second bedroom comprises of a King Size Bed, En-Suite Shower Room with walk in shower and patio doors onto small private balcony with table and chairs
The third bedroom has twin beds and small En-Suite Shower room with a shower cubicle. This too has patio doors leading out onto balcony over looking the golf course.
All Bedrooms are fitted with fitted wardrobes, A/C and underfloor heating in the bathrooms
On the Lower ground floor you will find a state of the art Cinema room with a large projector screen, surround sound system and games console. This will be every Mans and Childs dream room. There is also a separate Games room with a Pool Table and Table Tennis Table and small kitchen / utility area with Washing Machine, Tumble Drier and another Fridge / Freezer.

Great villa with everything you needed for a family holiday, private pool was brilliant. Location was good with a short drive into town.

The villa’s location is great and the size of the villa is brilliant; spacious rooms with en-suites. The games room is a lovely extra. A couple of improvements:- pool needs upgrading as tiles are falling off - building work close by 7 days a week- sun loungers need upgrading as they were stained and uncomfortable. Overall, we were pleased with the holiday.

Property was exactly as advertised. It was everything we wanted and more. Spotless clean, spacious, modern and very well equipped. Communication with the host was excellent. Pool was a good size and was regularly cleaned. We had a great stay and will definitely be back.

Chose this wonderful property for a special family holiday and we were not disappointed.
Great facilities and perfect location, close to the beaches of Praia da Luz, Burgau and Alvor.
The pool was perfect and the games room, a real hit.
Enjoyed some fantastic meals in Boaty’s and Latitude in Praia da Luz and make good use of the BBQ.
Intermarché supermarket was close by and Amanda, the property manager was most helpful.
Would love to return.
