Die Anlage war sehr sauber und schön, gesicherter Eingang, tolle Poolanlage, Tiefgaragenplatz top. Das Apartment war frisch ausgemalt und sauber. Ausstattung Küche ausreichend, großer Kühlschrank. Strand und Stadtnähe.
Schlafcouch hat nicht gut gerochen, wir hatten zum Glück unsere eigene Bettwäsche mit. Der Balkon war zu klein für 4 Personen. Es gab keine Garderobe.

Posizione più che buona a due passi dal mare, l 'appartamento carino se fosse più curato.
Infissi sporchi sulle guide di scorrimento, bagno trascurato, tracce di muffa, specchio e tavoletta del water traballanti, basterebbe più cura, peccato perchè sarebbe un bell' appartamento.

Die Anlage selbst. Diese wird von vielen Italienern als Haupt/Sommersitz verwendet und nur einige Wohnungen sind an Touristen vermietet. Das gibt ein sehr authentisches Urlaubsgefühl. Pool und Grünanlagen sind sehr gepflegt. Der Bade/Hausmeister ständig am Umsorgen. Der Pool war bis 22 Uhr nutzbar ! Tennisplätze, Restaurants , Bäckerein - alles im Umfeld
Klimaanlage auch im 2. Zimmer wäre wünschenswert. Bettüberzüge mussten zugebucht werden.

Quite locality with nice pool, close to the beach and plenty of great restaurants in walking range.
The room was clean and ready for usage.
We had parking in the garage, which was great because car wasn't overheated.
I would prefer if A/C was in both rooms, not only in bedroom.
When we arrived, some car was parked on our spot, so we had to park in the next spot and not agency nor housekeeper can find owner of the car.
