Staff care was exceptional - well done . Even place was kept clean with daily cleaning and facilities were good and working
There was no hot water on the block of studios where I stayed and WIFI was not very stable some times

THE BREAKFAST WAS AMAZING PLUS THE REST ORF THE MEALS. THE STAFF WERE ALSO VERY NICVE AND WERE VERY MUCH WILLING TO HELP WITH ANYTYHING. THE FACILITIES WERE ALSO VERY GOOD. AND THEIR ROOM SERVICE WAS ALSO VERY GOOD.

Everything was excellent! The apartment was very clean,comfortable, well maintained and beautiful . It was exactly what we needed, and we really enjoyed our stay. The staff were friendly, helpful and welcoming. I would happily stay here again and highly recommend it.
The only downside was the stairs. The apartment was on the fifth floor, and I wish there was a lift, as going up and down the stairs was tiring.

The warm welcome given to me and my family. Immediate feedback on any problems, kind and friendly staff. A stand of ovation to Furaha our house keeper and Florence ever smiling and welcoming at the reception. Not forgetting James the grounds man ensuring the landscape and vegetation cover is well lit, and the welcoming smile from him. I can't appreciate all but nasema Asante.
Would want to come back there soon and see the changes
Now this made me and my family have a sleepless night with no power the whole night. It was devastating for us. Kindly Let's have a power back up for your visitors. No excuse on this please . Have a small place for breakfast atleast. Install ACs in all rooms as the fans don't beat the heat.
At the weigh bridge let the visitors have way to access your place, it was very difficult and put a signage at the junction too.
