apartment with great views

From unloking of the door first evening till the last sight of the ocean viewed from the balcony of the apartment our experience was going smoothly, in this cozy apartment with familial atmosphere, with a well maintained kitchen , a beautiful dining and livingroom! This property is perfect for kayaking. Ramp on the property for getting into the water is perfect. Also right next door to the ramp at Caxambas Park.

We loved Marco Island 🏝 The location of the condo was great.10 minutes walk to the South beach public access. There is a public parking with restrooms and drinking/bottle refil water sration. The parking space is small and filles up before 9am. The parking is $10 a day from 8am to midnight. The condo it self has grwat layout and comfortable beds. We spent a lot of time eating our meals on a screened lanai looking on a gourgeous water view of canal and sandy beach frother out. Loved it!!! Tge condo is a little outdated. Carpets needing a deep cleaning.Lots of stains all over. Also, there us no plastic containers, just 2 small ones and no cooler , which was surprising . All beach equipment needs to be replaced as it is all rusted and warned out after last hurricane flooding. Theneach stuff located in the shed area at the parking lot.We cooked at condo exept a couple of times. We went to Publix and Wal-Mart located after the 2nd bridge on the way from island. Overall our stay was pleasant and relaxing. We definitely will be back. Thank you. Tatiana and Scott.

The location of this rental was convenient to what we were wanting to do which was to kayak. However, when we arrived we found out from the manager of the condo site that only owners were allowed to have a kayak on the premises. The owner was aware that we were bringing kayaks as we asked about parking with them on our racks. The manager accommodated us thank goodness. The carpets in this condo were extremely stained. The dishwasher did not work the entire week so my wife washed dishes all week. My wife enjoys cooking while we are on vacation and there were no hot mats so we had to go out and purchase these. Additionally, there were only TWO washcloths there to use even though this condo supposedly accommodates 6 people. We had to also go out and buy more washcloths. Many of the lamps in the condo either didnt work or were too sketchy for us to even try to turn on. The things we did enjoy, other than the location, were the large shower and the oven was very nice. Overall, we had a good time being together and kayaking but was very disappointed in the rental. It is very dated and needs some major work done.
