About this apartment rental
The apartment is set in north facing private grounds with access to open areas and the Waimata river. Walking to a shopping area is 5 minutes and to the city 15, otherwise a short drive or cycle. The living room is spacious and incorporates a cooking area and a bed settee (if required). The cooking area while not a full kitchen is designed and enables a full range of hot meals to be prepared (double hotplate, crockpots, microwave, fridge etc. ) and eaten (plates, cutlery etc.) The apartment is best suited to a couple as there is one double bedroom but there is capacity to accommodate up to two couples or 3 single guests with a double bed settee and a single fold down bed in the lounge. When booking can you please indicate if you need the extra beds made up. The bathroom and bedroom are separate from the living area. The floor area of the apartment is 66 m sq. Outside, making the most of the property's sunny aspect, is an enclosed kitchen bench for washing dishes etc. and close to that a BBQ and entertaining area. There is off street parking for a car with access to the apartment down a flight of stairs which is beneath the main residence.

The steep narrow steps down to the unit were challenging. Lots of noise from upstairs from around 6am.
Probably more suited to younger people.
