This was our second time renting this unit by this owner. We enjoy the quiet community, the view of the beach, and the condo. Highly recommend renting from this host. Very responsive to messages. The condo is clean and the kitchen is stocked with all the needed basics.

Great condo & location, BUT maybe not for seniors. The sofa is terrible and desperately needs to be replaced. The coffee table is so heavy it would take two people to slide it aside. And retreating to the bedroom is not an option because the bed is twice the normal height and a step stool would have been nice. Overall SGI is still beautiful
