Welcome to Paradise, Marco Island, FL. Marco offers you a year round, relaxing vacation on Southwest Florida's Gulf Coast. Marco has Florida's best weather with an average high temperature of 84 degrees and warm gulf water.
Come, relax and unwind in our spacious condo (over 700 sq ft), which
is situated in the beautiful waterfront resort of Anglers Cove right next door to the Marco River Marina.
Our 3rd floor unit, overlooks the Marco River, the bay, marina and prefect view of the tennis courts. The unit is beautifully decorated and remodeled. The fully equipped kitchen has new cabinets, granite countertop, dishwasher and refrigerator. Living/dining area has been recently refurnished with a Queen size sleeper sofa , cable TV, DVD/VCR player, radio. The large bedroom has a king size bed, flat screen TV. The bathroom is newly remodeled.
Screened lanai with table and chairs overlooks the Marco River and marina.
The unit comes fully equipped. Play tennis or swim in the two pools, relax in the jacuzzi, and then watch the sunset at the Tiki bar and restaurant located dockside. If interested in renting a boat or bicycle, they are available next door. You can charter a fishing boat right on the premises. You are within bike riding distance to the beautiful white sand Marco Island crescent beach and close to shops and restaurants as well. You will never want to leave this paradise.

We’ve been coming to southwest Florida for the holidays for the past 10 years and have stayed on Marco 3 of those years. Personally we prefer it over Naples. It’s a little more laid back and just doesn’t seem as crowded. We’ve stay near south beach, right on Tigertail and now here. The location is near Old Marco so it’s close to some pretty good restaurants and right next door to Rose Marina (if boating or fishing is your thing). It’s a short bike ride to Tigertail Beach but a little too far to South Beach (which we prefer). The condo itself was adequate. The lanai looks over the marina and tennis courts. The lanai furniture is really showing its age (constantly shedding flakes of rust-very messy) but the inside furniture was nice. The pans are new but everything else was mismatched and looks like stuff was randomly replaced but we managed to find what we needed . The comforter on the bed was stained. We took it off and used blankets instead. Also, the refrigerator was not cleaned before we arrived. We arrived 45 minutes before we could check in (checking out the spot - not intending to check in early) and Rudy (the owner) was there cleaning. He said his last guests checked out late so he was finishing getting it ready for us instead of the regular cleaners. This could explain the refrigerator but probably not the comforter. If we stay in this area again, we’d consider renting here.
