Gulf Views & Sea Breezes from Top Floor 2008

I have rented units at the Bonita Springs Beach and Tennis club for years and this unit was best by far. The response time to inquiries was in minutes, including let us check in early on day we arrived and an unsolicited offer to stay later on check out date. Unit was clean, furniture new and full kitchen with everything you might need. The beach is right across the street - maybe a 2 minute walk and there is beach bar there as well. I would highly recommend.

Traveling as a family of three, two adults and a three year old. The space was comfortable for the 3 of us! I wanted a place that overlooked the ocean and provided beach chairs/umbrella/cooler, so we didn't have to pack it, and this place delivered on both! It was a quick walk from the condo/pool to the beach, which we made multiple times with a 3 year old. We also liked the kids pool!

We had a wonderful stay in this conveniently located condo. Right across the street from the beach, it was very easy to be on the sand within minutes.The unit is well appointed with luxury linens, beach chairs, coolers, cookware, and plenty of pantry items. We prepared most of our meals in house without trouble. We visited the pool closest to building #2 several times and always found plenty of space. The pool is clean despite all the improvement activities.Yes, some minimal construction noise during the day. But, we saw ground level bldg #2 go from a sandbox to a courtyard in three days. Things are moving quickly.Host very responsive and accommodating (Thank you, Steven!)We will be saving this listing, and hope to return.

I will characterize this rental as a perfect rental. The condo itself was positioned perfectly at the top of the building where the view was incredible and any noise was negligible. There were all those things available inside that tell you that the hosts, Steve and Debra, thought of everything that renters might need. For instance there were chairs, coolers, umbrella, a vest for small children, suntan lotion, towels, and a wagon to carry all of that to the beach, which incidentally was right across the street. No need to search at the beach lot for a spot to park. Two types of coffee making machines with various coffees were available. Spices, water, ice, salad dressings, and grilling tools were there. There were pillows everywhere and a very comfy bed in a room with a quiet and efficient a/c. Commpared to other rentals in the area the cost of rental right here was quite reasonable. My wife and I would not hesitate to rent again at this condo.Steve F.
