We thoroughly enjoyed our stay in Bonita Springs at Steve's property. The room was perfect with awesome views and very comfortable furnishings. The kitchen had everything we could need for meals. Ongoing construction was communicated to us well in advance which we appreciated so much. Restock of fresh washcloths for the bathroom was accidentally forgotten and Steve replaced them right away. When work calls us back to this area, Steve's condo will be one of the first we look for!

We enjoyed our stay at this clean, comfortable studio with all the amenities required. The balcony was very nice to have breakfast each morning and we enjoyed ocean breezes from the tenth floor. Steve, the proprietor, was attentive to our queries.

I have rented units at the Bonita Springs Beach and Tennis club for years and this unit was best by far. The response time to inquiries was in minutes, including let us check in early on day we arrived and an unsolicited offer to stay later on check out date. Unit was clean, furniture new and full kitchen with everything you might need. The beach is right across the street - maybe a 2 minute walk and there is beach bar there as well. I would highly recommend.
