Rent this amazing, newly remodeled Oceanfront Condo. This condo boasts a wall to wall makeover that includes all new modern tasteful furniture, kitchen appliances and countertops, fresh paint and new tile. This condo also has a private parking spot in the garage to keep your car protected and out of the sun! There are carts available to bring your things up to the condo. The building also has 2 elevators which make loading/unloading easy!
We have provided extra amenities and modern conveniences to ensure you have the perfect vacation...beach towels, wagon, cooler bag, beach chairs, umbrella & toys! We have a fully stocked kitchen including both a Kuerig and a regular coffee make. We even have an air fryer and a crock pot! Another added benefit is our Culligan filtered water spout at our sink so you don't have to bring bottled water. Look at the descriptions under each picture to see all the details provided. We also installed black out shades in both bedrooms so you can sleep in!
You will enjoy the sunrise ocean views from your oversized private balcony with 2 sets of bar height tables and chairs for an unobstructed view of the ocean, as well as sunset bay views from your front door or front bedroom. Added bonus: Most Fridays in the summer you have a perfect view of fireworks from the front balcony! This 6th floor unit is centrally located in Ocean Vista Towers (in the middle of the island!) Convenient walk to the grocery store, shopping, Gravity Park, restaurants and more.
Property offers 2 pools and a jacuzzi, with private access to the beach. There is a play ground area for children that has plenty of grass for running and having fun.

From the moment you walk through the door, you're greeted with a breathtaking ocean view. The condo is beautifully decorated and perfectly captures the relaxing beach-vacation atmosphere.The kitchen is fully stocked with everything you could possibly need, making meal preparation easy and convenient. Thoughtful extras such as beach chairs, a beach umbrella, toys, and a wagon are also provided, making beach days effortless and enjoyable.Check-in was simple and hassle-free, and the location is close to everything you need. The owners are friendly, responsive, and very easy to communicate with.This is truly the perfect place to book your next beach getaway. Highly recommended!

This property offers breathtaking views and is impeccably maintained. It’s incredibly convenient with great parking and super easy beach access. Watching the sunrise from the balcony is spectacular, and you can even see the evening fireworks right from the front door! The owners are incredibly warm and friendly, providing excellent local recommendations and staying in touch throughout our stay to ensure we had everything we need. I highly recommend staying here!

Great location for our family vacation! The pool onsite was great, and there were great spaces for our two boys to play. Beach, shopping and restaurants all within just a short walking distance! Absolutely gorgeous balcony view where we enjoyed our evenings.

The unit was nicely appointed, but the description is not quite accurate. it is NOT BRAND NEW. Obviously it was refurbished a few years ago, but things are starting to fall apart. (The water filter faucet, in the kitchen, leaks around the base. I reported the light blinking, Serena said the battery is out. No effort was made to replace it). The only heated pool is the kiddie pool for ages12 and under.
The Dyson vacuum cleaner would not charge. I reported it The owner ordered a replacement battery a week later I got a message that they had received the battery at the host's office, Someone would come by the next day to replace it. Two days later I sent an inquiry asking if the individual who was suppose to come by had gotten lost. Eventually Serena came by to replace the battery. Actually she was just going to drop it off, but my husband asked her to put it in because we had no tools. After 24 hrs. of charging we attempted doing some cleaning. The vacuum wouldn't even pick up an onion skin. The broom and dust pan worked well.
Evidently they use a laundry service to do the towels, because some towels were nice others were threadbare. The cleaning service does a terrible job. We had to clean the bathrooms before using.
Serena the "Host" is the worst excuse for a "Host" we've ever had.
