About this house rental
This two-storey holiday home in the OstseeResort Olpenitz holiday park offers plenty of space. It is just a short walk from the beautiful Baltic Sea beach.
The holiday home is modern and brightly furnished. The two spacious bedrooms and one of the two bathrooms are on the upper floor. The holiday home's private infrared cabin is located in the bathroom on the ground floor. There is another sleeping area on the sofa bed in the living area. Of course, there is also a large terrace to enjoy the sunshine. The holiday park in Olpenitz is always worth a visit, even in the cooler months: relax in your private infrared cabin after a long walk on the beach or cosy up in front of the crackling open fire!
As the houses are located directly on the coast, we ask for your understanding that the patio furniture is only available in the summer months; in the winter months it is safely stowed away due to the often strong winds.
Thanks to the flexible daily price system, there are offers for all budgets and holiday types, from a spontaneous short trip, an extended weekend, a long, relaxing summer holiday or a break in the quieter low season, when the Baltic Sea beaches offer plenty of space and it is all the more cosy in the holiday home.
Please note that fishing is not permitted in the harbour basin.

Due to the houses under construction, the outdoor area and the building density can change constantly and deviate from the photos shown. The rental price is already calculated on the basis of this construction situation; further discounts are excluded.

Haus ist sehr gut ausgestattet, kurzer Weg zum Strand. Ofen heizt schnell, gut und langanhaltend. Probleme mit Warmwasserversorgung wurden umgehend und kommunikativ behoben. Hellhörigkeit ja, aber für uns als Familie mit Teenager keine Problem.
