About this house rental
Brand new, free-standing, modern, light-filled house in beachside Mount Martha with flexible living space and bedroom configuration enabling up to 8 guests. The house is ideal for one large family or two smaller families to share and is newly furnished with everything you need for a great family holiday by the beach. You'll be 400m walking distance from the beach and estuary and 950m from Mount Martha's shops, cafes and restaurants.
The house is architect-designed to utilise natural light and provide views to the surrounds from all rooms. The bedrooms have ceiling fans, are spacious and light but provide privacy. The fourth bedroom can double as a second living area and is a good 'hangout space' for kids with its own smart TV and DVD player. There is a Google wireless sound system with speakers in the living/dining area and main bedroom. The main living/dining/kitchen space has ceiling fans and is open plan with access to a timber deck with gas Weber BBQ. All kitchen and laundry appliances are brand new, with all crockery, cutlery and kitchen utensils (that we think you'll need!) provided. A Nespresso coffee machine lives in the pantry. Bath towels and linen are provided but BYO beach towels. The garden is also new and provides different sitting areas to enjoy the sun and shade. Double lock up garage available for two cars with extra outside, off-street parking for one extra car or a small boat.

Cannot fault anything…
This beautiful home was everything and more! Cosy and warm, with the hydronic heating and open fireplace we didn’t want to leave. Completely spoilt by our hosts with milk, eggs, butter, bread, chocolates and wine!!! An easy walk to the beach and local shops and restaurants. We loved it so much we can’t wait to come back.

Absolutely nothing to fault about staying in this beautiful home.
Communication was personable and exceptional .
Upon walking into the home , first impressions held strong throughout our entire stay .
Presentation of the property was nothing short of immaculate, we have never had the pleasure of staying anywhere where it felt so clean , inviting, well cared for and respected .
Cleve and Dom certainly go above and beyond spoiling their quests .
Upon arrival we were gifted milk and eggs collected from their very own chickens !
Bedding and linen where clean and comfortable .
It was a home away from home with all our required necessities and all the wonderful amenities right on your doorstep in beautiful Mount Martha .
It was an absolute pleasure to have stayed here, we feel very grateful to have had the opportunity.
We Highly recommend this property.
