Welcome to Red Rock Place - A brand new 6 bedroom 4.5 bath home in the Eight at Coral Canyon that is centrally located to all of Southern Utah's popular destinations. This 3,092 square foot, beautifully decorated home is perfect for any family vacation, reunion or retreat. The open concept first floor living area leads out to a private and spacious backyard with a heated pool, hot tub, lounge furniture and Traeger Grill. Relax in any of the two living areas and 6 bedrooms designed with comfort and functionality in mind. Take in the sunset views and star filled skies on the amazing roof top deck.

This rental exceeded our expectations. The rental was spotless throughout the unit. Everything was clean and ready for use. We unfortunately did not get to use the awesome roof top deck as we had very cool thunder storms rolling in and out during our stay. The pool and jacuzzi were perfect after a day out on the lake. The BBQ was clean and full of propane. The kitchen was stocked and essentials and we had more than enough dinnerware. The couches, beds, and chairs were all comfortable. Everyone got good sleep and we all had a good visit. We had an amazing stay and are looking forward to returning to this private getaway.

We love this subdivision we have stayed here before, the roof top is a bonus to watch the sunsets. We slept 9 here comfortable, the pool was a little smaller than expected, no pool toys so we brought our own. There are no trees for shade as this development is new. Outdoor cushions need attention as the white had extreme staining. The home had no garbage bags but host had those delivered within an hour to door step, and was very accommodating to our check in times. Grocery delivery was perfect, we used the outdoor brbq, oven and stove all kitchens needs are there from utensils, pans and spices if needed. The 2 level google nest thermostats were wonderful for the upstairs rooms that were warmer in a July stay. Bedding was top notch we all slept wonderful, there is a kuerig coffee pot for those coffee drinkers, and the ice bin is super small so we ended up buying a bag of ice for drinks and coolers, fyi. Neighbors are very quite even though the subdivision was packed, we never seen people until we were on the rooftop and then you could see the other neighbors. Very nice off I-15, 20 minutes to downtown St. George, and about 10 minutes up Hurricane to Walmart, and Sand Hollow turn off. Great girls trip we never left the property..

Beautiful sunsets from roof top patio. The host is very responsive. They addressed every question/concern promptly and provided excellent customer service. Looking forward to our next stay.

Gorgeous home. Beautifully designed. Thoughtful arrangement. We absolutely loved staying at this property. It was perfect for the family. So comfortable and everyone spread out. Perfect pool for the end of the day. Beautiful views. So close to national parks and other recreation. We can’t wait to come back.

This property is absolutely fantastic, with an exceptional layout for making group memories as well as finding your private space for some quiet time. Each room is nicely decorated and the spacious kitchen is good for multiple cooks. Four couples loved spending a week at this property, exploring Zion National Park, Dixie National Forest, and the nearby town of St. George. We explored early in the day and returned to the property to have a nice meal together and relax in the pool. At night we watched sunsets from the rooftop deck taking in the starry nights by the fireside. It was magical! House manager Monica was just a phone call away and quickly responded whenever we had a question. Checking in and out was super easy - I would stay here again and recommend this property to anyone heading to the Zion park area.

We had a small wedding with our close friends and family at this beautiful home. The home is beautiful! From the high ceilings, modern desert interior design and abundance of room and space for us all to spread out it was perfect for both families to enjoy. Monica the property manager was amazing to work with, very responsive and just as excited for us to enjoy the home for our special weekend as we were to stay there! We are already dreaming up when we will stay again at this little oasis. A perfect home away from home. Again, the home owners and management went above and beyond to make our weekend special and it did not go unnoticed. Thank you for being a part of our magical weekend. ✨

This location and property is amazing. It’s perfect for a few families and the lay out is great on the home. Will hopefully rent again for sure. Close enough to Saint George but great hiking and biking right outside the front door. The private pool is perfect and the second living space upstairs is great for kids. First class
