About this house rental
A private city oasis nestled in a peaceful gated neighborhood that embraces nature and inspires relaxation. Ideal for travelers who want to immerse themselves in an authentic local experience, escaping the crowds, and indulging in privacy,comfort, and tranquility all while enjoying convenient access to explore the island at your own pace. The interior welcomes the outdoors in, creating a serene and tropical ambiance and blending tranquility with urban convenience.
A charming Casa base to explore our beautiful island, just minutes from restaurants, supermarkets, and major highways, easy reach of all the city amenities. The house provides a fully equipped kitchen and dining area (gas stove, no oven). Air conditioning in all three upstairs bedrooms. Open-concept design with double glass back doors in the family/living and kitchen/dining areas, opening to terraces and pool surrounded by nature.
Plenty of Outdoor seating areas surrounded by tall trees and tropical palms to relax and enjoy.
Twenty miles (20) from San Juan areas, and 21 miles from our international airport in San Juan.
. ****IMPORTANT***. If you’re looking for a place to party, enjoy loud gatherings, or seek nightlife, this may not be the right fit for you. Our neighborhood is quiet and family-oriented. Minimum age to rent the property is 28 years old.

Our pool is cleaned on the same day of the guests arrival and then once a week. No parties, events or visitors allowed. This house is available for long term rentals.

Ideal for Families, kids friendly, Seniors, long term and corporate. Not safe for infants or kids under 5 years old. Ungated pool, stairs, deck, outdoor areas are not suitable for infants or kids under 5 years old.
** Important Information***
Absolutely no flushing of baby wipes, feminine products, excessive toilet paper, or any other items. Doing so can cause serious clogs and lead to costly repairs and inconvenience for everyone. If the toilets become clogged during your stay, you will be responsible for the repair costs.
We are not responsible for unforeseen events such as power outages, water disruptions, bad weather conditions, or other circumstances beyond our control. If something occurs during your stay, we will be available to support and assist you.

The property is wonderful and safe. We especially loved the pool and the outdoor area. Being in central PR you will have to drive about 1-2hrs to beaches and excursions, but the Caguas area has plenty to offer for dinning and experiences. The listing could be a little clearer regarding the AC (units only in the bedrooms) and the plumbing was an issue for us. We did thoroughly enjoy our stay and would go back.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at this property. The house was incredibly comfortable and spacious and easily met our needs. The outdoor space was gorgeous and included a nighttime symphony of coqui frogs, which was loud but pleasant. During our stay the island experienced a massive power outage but we felt very safe in the neighbourhood and house and easily made do with the BBQ, lanterns, and a portable power supply provided by the host. I would definitely return to this property.

My family absolutely LOVED this house and described it as "immaculate" several times. They were in absolute awe of the abundant greenery, the bright airy living spaces, and sound of nature at night. Coming from Dallas, a giant city, it was absolutely refreshing to be surrounded by nature. It's a bit of a drive away from popular tourist spots, but we didn't mind because the drive was beautiful.
