Great Location

Excellent location! Walk to everything! Home was well equipped! Comfortable beds. Loved sitting by the pool in the evening with the fire table providing ambiance. Will visit again.

I’m a tough critic because I NEED a comfy bed to sleep in and love a good shower with strong pressure. This house has both of these! All the beds were big and comfy! The couch is really nice too! The pool is big and has a really nice deep end. The dock is large and in great condition. The house has everything we needed, check in process was very easy. The only thing I would suggest is room darkening curtains, especially in the room with the queen bed. But decides that everything was wonderful!! Definitely would stay here again!

The previous reviews said the home was very clean so I didn't mind paying higher cleaning fee then I have with past homes I've rented. The home was neat and things in place but not clean. The kitchen especially had food Crumbs on the counter and floor. The refrigerator handles and inside doors were filthy dirty with fingerprints etc . I used cleaning wipes to clean everything in kitchen the evening my family arrived. The patio area had paper plates stuck behind the patio furniture and the cushions had dirt and rust spots. The yard was overgrown and I was told the house had been empty for over a week yet the groundskeeper Bob, came the day after we arrived. I expected the yard to be cut and ready for us before we arrived so we wouldn't be inconvenienced during our stay. The outdoor fire table wasn't working and Bob said he would be back to fix it or replace it but that didn't happen. The tv in living room didn't work the first evening we arrived and the host was a bit short with me when I messaged about the lack of direction in regards to the tv and wifi. Tracy (team member )came the next day and spent about an hour to get the tv working. She did ask if anything else was wrong but I didnt feel comfortable complaining about how dirty the house was because I believed she was likely the cleaner. My only communication with host was in regards to the outside lights not coming on at dark which was around 8:30pm. After checking the electrical box the lights came On around 9:30... an hour after it was dark & I text Tracy three days into our stay because my family Members experienced flu like Symptoms and I asked about the water.. if it was safe to drink.. She assured me it was Safe but the water had a Musty smell. Bob did bring bottled water for us to drink. For future reference I recommend better cleaning, instructions for the wifi & tv and reset the outdoor lights to Spring hours and a water purification system. Beautiful home in a nice location.
