The condo has 773 square feet with a balcony, completely furnished and equipped, suitcase move-in ready. Laundry inside unit. Assigned one free parking space in underground parking. Secured building with 24 hour concierge. Rooftop garden with BBQ grills and a party room on 2nd floor. It is absolutely right next to OHSU outpatient campus with aerial tram linking to hospital campus on the hills. Streetcar on site linking to entire city with a short ride. Scenic waterfront trail on site offers great outdoor walking and biking activities.

The condo was clean and very comfortable, with lots of windows and light. A friendly building with a beautiful rooftop garden in a nice neighborhood with access to the Willamette river and light rail stops to get into downtown Portland quickly. The owners were responsive when needed and very helpful. Highly recommended!

This was my first time in Portland and I had an absolutely lovely 2-month stay here as I was working remote. The check-in process was easy and I immediately felt right at home. The condo was perfect for all of my needs; with a nice desk space for working, a fully stocked kitchen so I could cook at home and it has some of the most incredible sunset views. It's also perfectly located right near the river for beautiful strolls and I loved that I could easily go for longer walks that would put me right in the heart of Portland. Frances is so accommodating and quick to communicate with too; can’t recommend enough!
