Great villa where to come with friends, we were searching a place near by the "stagnone" which is the main spot for kitesurf here in Marsala. We been few times already in this city but we will definetely book this villa again next time, great place where to relax after a day session in the water! Definetely recommended.. :)

The pool is amazing, the view from upper terasse is also great, the house has a soul and great climate, it's spacious, comfortable and placed in the quiet area
Generally there were some elements which were not working properly or were old: one toilet splush, one shower, lights in the tennis court, washing machine, some chairs and few others. I think the house will need some renovation work soon.

I have stayed there with a group of friends (half for kitesurfing and half for visiting). The villa was just perfect to relax in the pool and to have nice dinner on the terrasse. A barbecue can you also be used.
There is a tennis court if you are not afraid of the heat. The house is huge and has plenty of room for a large group. It is just 15 min to Lo stagnone if like us you come for the kite.
The house does not have air conditioning but it is quite cool thanks to its big walls. However the windows do not have anti mosquitoes net and therefore sleeping with windows open can be risky.
