Location is unbeatable. The condo is just a two-minute walk to the free bus system that reaches anywhere in the valley, a five-minute stroll to Snowmass Center with grocery stores and restaurants, and less than a mile from Snowmass Base Village and Snowmass Mall for easy access to all on-mountain activities. No need to cross the road. The unit is connected to the mountain by a pedestrian foot and ski bridge, and experienced skiers can even ski home at the end of the day.
The two spacious bedrooms each feature an attached bathroom with brand-new luxury showers, backlit makeup mirrors, and beautiful tilework. The primary bedroom offers a king bed, and the living room includes a full-size queen sleeper sofa for additional guests. A brand-new washer and dryer make mid-stay laundry easy and convenient.
The main living area is bright and sunny, with mountain-facing windows that fill the space with natural light year-round. Curl up by the electric fireplace after a day on the slopes or trails. The open kitchen is fully equipped and spacious enough to host friends and family with ease.
Step outside to the large private balcony with sweeping views of Snowmass Ski Area, the valley, and the golf course. A private grill makes it perfect for summer and winter BBQs, while the bistro table and patio seating provide the ideal setting to enjoy your morning coffee or evening glass of wine surrounded by mountain views.
Additional amenities include access to a shared hot tub within the complex and direct access to RFTA and Snowmass shuttle lines, offering free rides to all ski areas, Aspen, Snowmass Base Village, and Snowmass Mall.
Please note, there is no built-in air conditioning in the unit. A portable AC unit will be provided between May 1 and October 1 for guest comfort during warmer months. Outside of this period, we recommend opening the windows in the evening to enjoy the cool mountain air and closing them during the day to maintain a comfortable temperature. Additional fans are available upon request.
This property is located on the second floor on a hillside, requiring stairs to enter, similar to a third floor in a flat-ground building. There is no elevator.
No refunds will be issued if shared facilities are unavailable due to weather, maintenance, or HOA requirements.
No Pets Allowed Please do not ask, as we are not able to make exceptions. A fine of $1,000 will be imposed for all unauthorized animals.

The place was nice and clean. Just some things to note: there are many stairs to get into the room, so elderly or people with ambulation problems might find this difficult. Also, there is no air conditioning and no screens on the windows or doors. Going in the spring (June) wasn’t terrible heat wise with all the doors and windows open, but you definitely run the risk of bugs and critters coming in.

We picked Woodbridge for the price and location. Although the listing said it was updated, the kitchen was not.

The property is in a good location just outside of the Snowmass village base camp. It’s easily accessible with quick access to anywhere in Snowmass and free shuttle service if you don’t want to drive. Bathrooms are recently updated and in-unit laundry is nice. The negatives… there is no AC (not uncommon for mountain towns) but there are also zero fans. No overhead fans, no box or freestanding fans, nothing for air movement whatsoever. It was uncharacteristically hot while we were there so we asked the property manager if there were fans we would check out. He said no and suggested we find another place to stay instead of being “predictably uncomfortable”. What?! We paid a lot of money to stay here… we just want a fan. No effort to apologize for the inconvenience or anything to that nature really left a bad taste. We travel to the mountains at least once a year and fans are definitely standard practice. Moving on… Trash cans in the bathroom would be a good addition but no big deal. The pool was super green and had a “closed” sign on it but we were not notified about that either. Thankfully we had friends in other Snowmass housing that had pools we were able to use. Also, this is a middle floor apartment. In true apartment style, you hear anything more than simple walking upstairs. Appliances are old and in need of replacement… refrigerator leaks water on the floor and the oven door is separated, causing the front cover to pop off when you open the door. Those issues were noted but didn’t dramatically affect our stay. Overall the unit itself was clean and in a great location. Add fans and work on customer service skills and this property will be a great option for your trip!
