This 4bd/3.5ba townhouse is nestled into a quiet neighborhood within walking distance of shops and restaurants. Bring the entire family including the in-laws and teenage children

In this home, the master bedroom has a queen size bed with an ensuite, bathroom. The 2nd and 3rd bedrooms are equipped with full-size beds. They share a full bathroom on the top floor.

The home has a living room/dining room combo plus a family room with a gas fireplace off the kitchen. The dining room sits six people. The family room has a 55" television with all your favorite streaming channels.

The kitchen is equipped with a full-size refrigerator, microwave, dishwasher, and oven. Appliances include a Keurig coffee maker, a Ninja blender, and a toaster. WI-FI throughout the home. Fully stocked with pots and pans; Dishes for a family of 8 plus children family dishes

The fully furnished basement is perfect for in-laws or adult children. It can even be the "man cave". It has a private entrance or enters through the main house. The basement has a living room with a 50" smart TV. There is a kitchenette with a full-size refrigerator. The 4th bedroom has a queen size bed. and loads of closet space. If you have to work, there is an office desk.

Three of us (college students) stayed here for 10 weeks during our summer internships. House was clean, parking was easy to find on the street, and Sable was super quick at responding to any issues we had. The Metro red line is a short drive or bus ride (10-15 min) away. Also plenty of great parks (within driving distance) to see nearby (Lake Needwood, Seneca Creek, Black Hill, Little Bennet, etc.). A fantastic option if you're looking to stay in this area.
