From vaulted redwood ceilings and walls of natural light to a spacious deck and private dock, this home is designed for relaxation inside and out. Nearly every room offers breathtaking views of the lake. Cozy evenings can be spent in the living area with a good book and a fire in the wood-burning brick fireplace (firewood not provided).
In summer, gather on the deck or enjoy the private dock for swimming, fishing, boating, or simply dipping your toes in the water. After a day of adventure, unwind in the hot tub as the sun sets and the Sierra peaks fade to purple.
In winter, the surrounding mountains transform into a snowy playground with world-class resorts nearby, including Sugar Bowl, Donner Ski Ranch, Tahoe-Donner, and Boreal. Year-round, Truckee’s charming downtown offers shopping, dining, and local nightlife just minutes away.

We liked the 5 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms on 3 floors which allowed each family to have their own space and bathroom.

This house had enough room for 3 generations of family. The dock is huge and accommodated all of our lake sport toys. The lake water was cold but the hot tub fixed that problem. The views out the window were amazing and it’s close enough to the beach to kayak or paddle board to.

This property is prime location, the cabin is great and could sleep 10 people. The only problem we had was the week we were there the smoke from the fire was so bad we were limited to our time out doors. The other issue with this house was there were no large frying pans to cook breakfast. I feel if your able to house 10-13 people how can you cook for them with a tiny frying pan. Also there was no hair dryer. I called Vasca costumer service and asked for the two items and she texted me back that this house does not offer these two. I felt they are such simple things to fix.
