Apartamento Limpo, organizado, tem tudo. Condomínio super tranquilo pé na areia. Melhor localização de praia do forte. Vale cada centavo

O atendimento é bem personalizado, passou todas as orientações e dicas da região. O apartamento é generosamente equipado, eletrodomésticos, louças, material de limpeza. Tem tudo e tudo funcionando bem! Não tem café da manhã incluído mas tem tudo pra cozinhar no ap. Toalhas e roupa de cama limpas. Piscina grande, manutenção do condomínio em dia! A cereja do bolo é a localização a beira mar e se atravessar a rua você já está na linda vila cheia de lojas sofisticadas e restaurantes que não passa carro.

Alguns detalhes da manutenção dos móveis do apartamento ficam a desejar, tipo o mdf que entrou água, e ficou estufado, porta descascada, mas não é nada que comprometa a função, só a estética mesmo.

Ótima localização. Condomínio fica bem em frente a uma praia Top com piscinas naturais e há poucos metros do Centro. Funcionários bastante prestativos.

The property is super well attended. There is a receptionist there at all times. And they are super attentive, helpful, and quick about anything you ask them. I super loved that there was always someone available. I loved that about this property. You could also drop your key with them if you were going somewhere far and didn't want to take it/risk losing it. The facilities outside the apartment were awesome (pool area/lawns). Everything was beautiful. The location is also great. There is a door in the back of the complex that puts you right out on the beach. There are also showers outside by the pool to wash away sand before you enter your apartment. The outside area was great/well maintained. The location is awesome. Right on the beach and also just take an alley and you are in the villa in 1 minute. The owner of the apartment we stayed in was very quick to reply to anything. I appreciated that he was helpful. I also like that it had AC and a de-humidifyer and a fan. That was awesome! The outside furniture was also nice (although it could have used another hammock so that there could be 2)

The apartment itself that we stayed in (one bedroom apartment/1st floor) was very very outdated. It just needed updating. Because it was so outdated, it felt dirty. For example, the cabinets underneath are disintegrating, peeling. There were little ants not only in the kitchen (normal)/bathroom but on the bed. While there were plenty of blankets, there could have been more sheets and towels. There were 4 people in my stay and exactly 4 towels and 1 hand towel. I would have liked more given that the bathroom had no ventilation/window and they often didn't dry quickly. Overall it had everything you needed, but just limited (4 towels, 4 pillows, 1 knife, 1 plastic spoon for cooking - even through every pan was nonstick, so you had to use plastic for every pan). It felt like it had been cleaned, just hard to clean things that are falling apart. The sofa bed is very hard/uncomfortable and old. It felt a little dirty (not like something you could clean, just very very used). It is not priced much different than the rest of the apartments we saw there. So for the price, I thought it should have had more. For the location though- it was great. We enjoyed our stay because of the outside facilities.
