The bed was comfortable and the room quite spacious. It had parking space.
First since the arrival we had to go up three floors with our luggage. We were not given any information on Wifi and after that moment we did not see any staff anymore. We stayed there two nights and the bed sheets were not changed and neither was our room cleaned. There was only one towel in the room for the whole stay and no amenities except soap. The water in the bathroom was either too hot or too cold and all we had was ONE TOWEL for the whole duration of the stay. Also there was no minibar. The tv did not work and we couldn’t regulate the room temperature. We appreciate it being warm but it became too hot overtime. Lastly no room slippers, no cloth hangers, much commodities lacking. The breakfast was predefined not buffet.
