There wasn’t any additional fees or payments from owner. Location is great, everything is in the close location. Carefour supermarket, cafes and metro station. You can walk to Vatican easily. The apartments windows look inside of years so you can’t hear any noise from street.
The toilet seat was broken which is not a big deal. All in all apartments might be better cleaned

Location and plenty of supplies ( bathroom linens) and kitchen cookwares
Hot water is not continuous and the pull out bed needs more cushion.

Lovely apartment. Ideally situated. We had a lovely holiday and our host was very attentive and helpful

The location is good and one room is really big.
The air conditioning was not working. The sofa cama is really uncomfortable to sleep you feel all the metals on your back. The wifi was only working on the living room and not on the main room. The badroom noises are really annoying.
