About this house rental
A splendid 200-square-meter villa with an infinity pool on the hills above Les 3 Ilets, overlooking the ocean and the bay of Fort-de-France.
Built in 2020, it offers an exceptional panoramic view in the heart of a quiet and breezy setting.
Halfway between the town of Anses d’Arlet (known for its magnificent beaches, lush vegetation, sea turtles, and authentic village) and Pointe du Bout in Les 3 Ilets, with its marina and golf course, the villa is ideally located to enjoy all that Martinique has to offer.
The beaches, tourist centers, shops, and the shuttle to Fort-de-France are just a 2-minute drive away. A short drive away, you can reach the most beautiful beaches in the south of the island.
The villa is entirely on one level, set on a 900 m² lot with a magnificent 180° view of the Caribbean Sea and Fort-de-France Bay.
You’ll find:
- An open-concept living area with high ceilings and exposed beams opening onto a covered terrace of over 50 m².
- A saltwater infinity pool (8.50 m x 3.50 m) with lounge chairs.
- A fully equipped open kitchen: stovetop, oven, microwave, dishwasher, Nespresso coffee maker, American-style refrigerator with ice maker and freezer compartment, wine cooler…
- 4 air-conditioned bedrooms. 3 with a double bed (160x200) and one with 2 single beds (90x200)
- 3 bathrooms, 2 toilets.
- 1 laundry room with a washer and dryer
Wi-Fi internet connection.
Television (165 cm) with satellite and Orange TV.
We also offer you the option to order a Creole meal prepared by your host on the evening of your arrival or any other evening. It will be delivered to the kitchen—all you’ll have to do is reheat it! Menu and prices available upon request.

Our group of 6 scuba divers (60+) absolutely loved the Villa. Our dive plans were altered for 2 days as Hurricane Beryl brought heavy rain, but fortunately passed by Martinique with no damage. Relaxing at this wonderful location was an unplanned benefit. The house and pool are absolutely as beautiful as the photos. We spent most of our time on the outdoor patios overlooking the ocean. The amenities at the house and in the kitchen made us feel very welcome, and comfortable. The local manager Franzette and her daughter Cinthya were responsive when we had questions. Communicating on WhatsApp made it easy to translate since our French was limited. Our week passed far too quickly and we all hated to depart. Merci beaucoup! We truly enjoyed our time in Martinique.

This villa is even more beautiful in person than in the already gorgeous pictures. The view, the decor, the amenities, the space, the confort of the furniture, all is excellent. The location is perfect for those who love snorkeling as Anse Dufour and Anse Noire are a short drive away. Many restaurants nearby as well as a grocery and a bakery with delicious croissants. Don't hesitate to book, the communication with the owner, Claire, is efficient, following her tips on car rental and activities definitely made our trip perfect. Of course, we cannot forgo the delicious meal of Franzette on arrival and the warm welcome of her husband and daughter. Enjoy this gem in beautiful Martinique!

The Villa is just as advertised—great location, exceptional views, clean & very safe. Our family of 6 with four children, ages 7, 9, 10 & 12 years old enjoyed the Villa very much. We visited the Patisserie each morning :)
