In addition to being located on the beachfront at Praia do Forte in Cabo Frio, the apartment is approximately 10 km from the beaches of Arraial do Cabo and approximately 15 km from the beaches of Búzios.

This property was once a family home and is part of a family’s history; they still use it as a summer retreat.
We are confident that our apartment will meet all your expectations.
To avoid any misunderstandings—which will enhance the quality of your stay—we would like to inform you of your main rights and responsibilities, in order to maintain order in the condominium.
The maximum number of occupants established by the condominium is 8 people, including infants and children. Therefore, please respect this rule to avoid any awkward situations, as the headcount is conducted upon check-in by the front desk and/or the building manager, who is very attentive to these matters.
Below are some of the main rules for the apartment and the condominium.
Apartment Rules: We do not rent to groups of young people; we do not allow pets; we do not allow smoking; no parties, events, or filming; no visitors; do not enter with shoes worn outside (this helps keep out not only COVID-19 but also other viruses, bacteria, and dirt that are unnecessary during your stay—especially since there are rugs that may be used by children or for relaxing); do not enter with sand on you (wash your feet and legs in the building’s outdoor shower); do not sit on chairs, armchairs, or beds while wet from the ocean or pool; do not place glasses, cans, or bottles on the sofas; do not place, among other items, glasses, cans, bottles, or pots directly on the glass tables; use protective items such as coasters (provided), plate/pot protectors (provided), or tablecloths (not provided); Do not flush dental floss, feminine hygiene products, diapers, or any other objects down the toilet—only toilet paper; trash must be bagged and placed in the trash bin on each floor of the building; you and your guests will be responsible for any intentional or preventable damage caused during your stay.
Condominium Rules: Do not hang clothes, towels, or sheets, or place objects on the balcony railings; do not enter the pool while covered in sand, wet from seawater or sweat, or carrying food or drinks; when going to or returning from the beach, or if you are wearing beachwear, use the designated gate located at the pool entrance; when returning from the beach, use the outdoor shower to rinse off any sand still stuck to your skin or clothes; children are not allowed to play in the garage, hallways, or other common areas; quiet hours begin at 10 p.m.
The building has a 24-hour concierge, an electric fence, an electronic gate, and surveillance cameras, but none of this will be enough if you do not strictly follow all safety recommendations. According to police data, 70% of break-ins at condominiums occur due
