This immaculate 3-bedroom retreat offers versatile bedding, including king, queen, and full bunk beds, plus a futon for maximum comfort. Set on a tranquil street, you'll have seamless access to Siesta and Lido Beaches, the charming Pinecraft Amish Village, shopping, and Downtown Sarasota. This space is set up for our guests with a private, heated saltwater pool.
The homeowner is not liable for any accidents that may occur in or around the pool.
Have a BBQ and enjoy the savory aroma of your favorite meal on the charcoal grill! Please note charcoal and lighter fluid are not provided.
**PLEASE NOTE: There is an attached 1 bd studio unit with its own private entrance to the left side of the house. There may be a potential for noise from the adjoining unit! The driveway is the only shared space. We ask you leave the left side of the driveway for the guests that reserve the attached studio.
PLEASE NOTE: The washer and dryer are free to use, however, we ask you to be respectful of the apartment guests and do not run laundry after 10pm.

Our pool is equipped with a heater to help maintain a comfortable temperature year-round. Please note that during colder winter months, when outside temperatures drop, the heater may not always be able to bring the water up to your desired warmth. We appreciate your understanding!

This was my first time using VRBO, or anything like it. I was so nervous, but my hosts were phenomenal. Everything was just perfect and suited my needs. If I ever need to do something like this again, I would want to stay at one of their rentals again, for sure. It was such a seemless, stress-free experience from start to finish. Sleeping arrangements were a little over rated. Sleeping 10 is a squeeze. We had 7 and we weren't couples. Nice place though.
