The Space:
As you walk through the door, you are instantly welcomed by the open entry-level, beautiful artwork, and gorgeous staircase flowing up to the main level of our home.

The entry-level has a bedroom with a queen bed and TV, a full bathroom, laundry area, and access to the backyard. It leads down to the lower level of the home, where you’ll find a second bedroom with a king bed, queen sleeper sofa, walk-in closet, TV, and full en suite bathroom. There's also space to get your work done with a desk and chair.

One floor up from the entry-level is the open dining area and bar, which are complemented by the large windows in the living area, a SmartTV located above the electric fireplace, and couch seating as well as some outdoor balcony space! Just a couple of steps up, and you’ll find more than a fully equipped kitchen with additional bar-style seating. The kitchen is a dream, boasting stainless steel appliances, plenty of cabinet space, and modern finishes which will all bring a smile to the chef in your group.

From here, heading up one flight of stairs, you’ll find the primary bedroom with a king bed and a large walk-in closet. This space is highlighted by access to a roomy, full ensuite bathroom boasting a sizable walk-in shower with dual shower heads, and two vanities/sinks to help maintain your private space. The true gem of the property is the jetted soaking tub and rooftop deck, which are both located up another short flight of stairs. The rooftop deck is our main hangout and a great space to enjoy outdoor dining under the orange and blue Colorado sunset.

The other staircase leading up from the main level has the fourth bedroom, with a twin daybed with a pullout base that converts into a double bed, more desk space with a monitor, and yet another ensuite bathroom.

We truly hope you enjoy all that our home and Colorado have to offer and the unparalleled experience you will treasure forever!

Area recommendations:
- Atelier by Radex - "French-inspired with a casual, friendly vibe." Owned by renowned Chef Radek Cerny, known for culinary artistry. Perfect for celebrations or date nights. Always splurge on at least one serving of the Ravioli de Homard for the table. (Walking distance)

- Weathervane Cafe - Located directly across 17th street. Hipster with a dose of hominess, this gem of a cafe is not only adorably quaint but has the best coffee in the neighborhood. The Happy Camper Latte is their staple (and for good reason) and basically, everything on the menu is a must-try. You can order online for pick up!

- Chocolate Lab - Indulgent and innovative! Chocolate-centric restaurant, cocktail bar, and chocolate shop... enough said, right? Provides an entertaining culinary experience that is great for groups.

- Bruz Beers on Colfax - Creative local brews inspired by traditional Belgian beer. The downtown taproom has a patio that's the perfect laid-back oasis to Colfax's usual overload of the senses. If you're into “poppin’ bottles”, they have some of the best Champagne Beers I've ever had!

- Dos Santos - Super hip Taco Tuesday spot, but also good on any day that ends in a 'y'. The hibiscus margarita and chicken tinga nachos are a perfect pair.

- Thin Man - Named after the Dashiell Hammett novel, this place is a bit of mystery with its red lights and walls lined with catholic imagery and crucifixes. But its oddness somehow makes for good ambiance, and the place is always packed with people of all persuasions making it one of Denver's most inclusive and eclectic dive bars.

Management was very prompt when needed and took care of everything that was needed. We had a leaking toilet that they fixed within 15 minutes of our phone call. The place is huge and multilevel. Very unique. Neighborhood was very walkable and restaurants close by. The only upgrade I would recommend is the kitchen utensils could use updating and the upstairs outside rooftop could use new cushions. Otherwise very comfortable and enjoyable stay and very comfortable beds throughout.

The house was a really cool place, we had plenty of space to spread out and appreciated the amount of bathrooms! Only complaint was that it got hot at night and the fans that were in the closets didn’t work. Also, we did not have any coffee filters for the coffee pot so make sure to get your own!

It was my first time staying at a VRBO and the process was very easy. A great place to stay and super easy to get to coors field. I really enjoyed how all my children had their own bathroom. Communication was excellent.

The house was nestled into a walkable community by an nearby school. Even though the only parking was street parking, we never had much issue finding a spot close to the house. The house was gorgeous with nice decoration. Be prepared of lots of stairs! Sound didn’t travel much between floors or bedrooms which was really nice. Plenty of kitchen equipment and dishes available as well. Beds were very comfortable and there was plenty of space for our party of 7. However, we realized the Wednesday night when we arrived that the fridge wasn’t working. It was hovering between 55-60 degrees, preventing us from fully utilizing it. We reached out that night to alert the host, but the proceeding communication with the host over this was slow and lacked a sense of urgency. We didn’t get a visit from the maintenance crew until Friday when it was discovered that the part required wouldn’t be available until Monday (the day we left.) After not hearing from the host, I reached out to inform them of what the maintenance crew had told us. A partial refund was offered, but I had to regularly follow up regarding the amount and status. As of this review, I have yet to receive it though I am assured it is in the mail.
