The customer service at this property is off the charts. They were the most responsive hosts we’ve ever had. They were fantastic to work with. We loved our stay and it had all we needed. We loved the hot tub! It was the reason we booked this location. We use the bikes in the kitchen and all the cookware needed to prepare great food. The place was conveniently located here everywhere we needed to go

Overall when first getting there it was okay, checkin we could not access the tablet as it wasn’t able to hook up to WiFi and kept reading an error code. My kids and I mainly stayed upstairs due to it being a bit chilly downstairs. Another thing was al the video recording and than also reading through the binder that neighbors would be watching. I understand that there may not aways be great people renting properties but as a single mom with four kids this made our stay a little on the uneasy feeling side. One of the main reasons of staying upstairs and just playing family board games, or watching movies. We did enjoy using the hot tub but again we also heard noises and just felt uneasy as if we were being watched. Overall it was clean and the property owner did get back to us promptly. Thank you for letting my kids and I come samtay in your home.
