Completely renovated and wonderful place. Very comfortable. So much attention to detail everywhere in the home. Backyard was special and relaxing spot. Felt very safe as well. Thank you so much!

This property was very clean and welcoming. All of the appliances are nice and seemed pretty new. We had everything that we needed in the kitchen. Our kids loved the bunkbeds. We enjoyed using the chess set and board games. If you are staying in the summer, you should be aware that this is an older building without central AC. The covered parking spot is in the back and it’s a little narrow. This rental is about a 25 minute drive to Garden of the Gods and Cheyenne Mountain zoo. There’s a King Soopers only a few minutes away. Focus on the Family is about five minutes away. We didn’t hear much noise from the neighbors.
