Welcome to Orenco Station, Washington County's Crown Jewel. A brownstone that would fit perfectly in Manhattan's Upper East Side is just an easy walk's distance from four major parks & two of Intel's premier plants. Closer still is New Seasons grocery, over 20 eating & drinking establishments & the light railway station to take you straight to Portland's urban heart. With no corners cut and no detail overlooked, it's a perfect place to get the most out of a Pacific Northwest visit.
Despite all the area amenities, you'll be tempted to stay home and cook in a kitchen fit for a gourmand, with commercial grade appliances, ample prep space & two-seat bar. Outside is a covered deck with its own eating area. The dining & family room is spacious enough to entertain but cozy enough to enjoy a quiet night watching movies. If you'd prefer an evening of pure serenity, tuck yourself into the living room with a favorite book on the couch in front of the gas fireplace or catch up on your email while sitting on the window-seat to watch the world wander by on that parkway beneath you.
