Sunrise Terrace Apartment

Location was ideal. Very quiet part of town, Easy to get transportation. Very nice veranda, good a/c. Secure building. Nearby markets. Available host who was helpful.

Advertising said King bed, Was at best small queen bed. Only thing about place that was not up to our expectations. Nothing else to comment on

The terrace was absolutely amazing. I would have breakfast out there every morning. The location was perfect. So many restaurants and shops. Can walk or easily take an Uber to all the major sites of Lisbon Apartment was quiet, the kitchen well equipped and the bedroom comfy.

A small suggestion. But it would be nice to have a reading lamp next to the bed.

Beautiful apartment with everything you could need. The terrace is amazing with views over the rooftops. Minutes from the metro. The owners, Miguel and his partner, were lovely and communicated regularly. They allowed us a late check-out which was really useful for us. Yes, there were occasional smells from the drains in the bathroom, but it's hot and it's an old building so what do you expect? It certainly didn't detract from the stay. Highly recommend!

Sehr nette Whg Übergabe; obwohl wir uns verspätet haben! Auch die Flasche Wein im Kühlschrank hat uns gefreut. DANKE Zum Teil die Terrasse .... doch siehe unten!

Die ganze Wohnung ist mit vielen Gegenständen voll geräumt, dDas Schlafzimmer ist durch zwei eingebaute Säulen schlecht zu begehen und das Bett ist doch ziemlich schmal. Die Küche ist im Standard der 80er Jahre steckengeblieben, daran ändert auch der GSP nichts. Ganz schlimm ist das Badezimmer mit der Wand- und Bodenspachtelung (anstatt Fliesen), die zT an der Wand schon löst, das Kunststoff-Regal neben dem Waschtisch, die WC-Spülung die oftmals rinnt. Die Terrasse - eigentlich das Highlight der Whg Beschreibung auf der Plattform - ist groß und man kann auch gut draußen sitzen. Fluglärm sollte nicht stören, denn die Einflugschneise ist unmittelbar daneben - uns störte das nicht!! Wie in der gesamten Wohnung hatten wir das Gefühl, dass alles ohne viel Aufwand vermietet wird, die Terrasse der Nebenwohnung zeigt, wir schön sauber und gepflegt es sein kann. Gesamt waren wir vom Apartment enttäuscht. Das absolute Highlight sind aber die beiden Aufzüge (zur Whg im 8. Stock), von denen einer selten funktionierte und der Zweite auch gelegentlich nicht in Betrieb war. Da hieß es hinunter- und hinauf gehen! Glücklicherweise war bei der An- und Abreise ein Aufzug in Betrieb ....... Wir würden die Whg nicht mehr buchen und können sie auch nicht empfehlen!
