Good location, clean and warm

Great location, nice sized apartment with laundry facilities. We had an issue with the key collection - but if you read the detailed instructions (with pictures) that they send beforehand, it is easy... Parking was in a building across the road and was easy to wheel our bags to and from the car. One suggestion though, please ask guests not to cook pungent food in the apartment. When we arrived, the previous guest had cooked with a lot of spices and it was the first thing that greeted us upon opening the door.

Great location, super convenient. Everything was clean and functional and the spa was fabulous after a long walk of walking.

The apartment is located in the heart of the CBD in the most convenient and secure location and directly in-front of a tram stop (part of the free tram zone)! Checking in/out was a breeze and the host stayed in touch to check that our stay was going well! Apartment was extremely clean, bed was very comfortable, kitchen and bathroom were equipped with enough amenities! It was also very quiet, no noises from neighbouring apartments, could faintly hear the tram but not loud enough to be bothersome in any way! The host clearly puts a lot of care into making the apartment a comfortable and homey place for guests to stay! Clear and friendly communication from the host and very prompt responses. On the kitchen bench there was a helpful list of tips/recommendations for transport, supermarkets and food/drink venues! Would love to book this property again if I visit Melbourne in the future!
