Great apartment with great views and location to village and beach.

Great location 2 mins walk into village and beach. Our son left 2 items of clothing behind and the manager was very helpful in facilitating a collection a few days after our stay.

Smart, modern, upscale apartment with all the facilities for a great stay in Downings.

The apartment itself was perfect for a family of four with two teenage boys. Big space to relax on sofas, great TV, well-equipped kitchen, well-appointed and modern throughout. Clean and tidy on arrival and a nice touch was a bottle of Prosecco on the table with four glasses. Great location, a couple of minutes straight into the village itself. Close to the two hotels and the beach. In the summer the outdoor sofa area at the front would be a great place to sit out and enjoy the weather. Would definitely recommend and would stay again.

There was nothing I didn't like but one thing I'd suggest is perhaps a soap dish in the shower and a few hooks in the bathroom itself (minor suggestions).

Wonderful time in a beautiful property in a superb location.

The vendor gave instructions perfectly with regard to accessing apartment. They txt and called personally to check all was in order and to advise on small aspects like using t.v. and adjusting the heating system. The venue is within 2 mins from the beach and village and within easy walking distance to my favourite watering hole.

Not a single thing only wish i could have stayed longer. Most certain i will stay again at the Bayview Luxury Apartments. The name speaks for itself
