Sunrise Villa

We are in the southeastern corner of Sicily, the largest and most populous of the islands, strategically located in the center of the Mediterranean, a bridge between East and West, a fascinating land of myths and legends, a crossroads where civilizations have met and clashed over the centuries, leaving traces of their presence.
The villa is located in a seaside residential area of Lido di Avola, a town of about 36,000 inhabitants famous worldwide for the prized “Pizzuta d’Avola” almond and the “Nero d’Avola” wine, situated between Syracuse and Noto.
The guesthouse is situated within a 1,250-square-meter garden, surrounded by lush green lawns, less than 100 meters from the sea.
Independent and private, with ample outdoor space and nestled in absolute tranquility, it has a living area of 52 square meters. It consists of a spacious, air-conditioned 36-square-meter living room/kitchen with a TV and two sleeping spots, a double bedroom, and a full bathroom with a shower, and can therefore accommodate up to 4 people.
Elegantly furnished and fully equipped, it features a refrigerator with freezer, an oven, and everything needed for cooking.
In front of the house, on both sides, there are spacious verandas furnished with outdoor furniture, perfect for relaxing and dining al fresco, as well as a laundry area with a washing machine and a sink for doing laundry.
Private, uncovered indoor parking space; front and back gardens; outdoor chairs and table; and a beach umbrella.
Keys are handed over by the owner. Pets are allowed.
On-site convenience store, fruit and vegetable stand, tobacco shop, newsstand, restaurants, pizzerias, rotisseries, pubs, dry cleaner, pharmacy, emergency medical service, etc.
All along the southeastern coast of Sicily, you’ll find countless long beaches of golden sand, often interspersed with tall sand dunes—a reminder of nearby Africa—and crystal-clear blue waters.
