Place was as described. We used as base for sightseeing in Philadelphia. 4 minute walk from rapid transit to downtown. Nice suburban neighborhood.

Lovely location for a family rental. Clean rooms with comfy beds. Kitchen was well equipped with most items needed although not enough glasses for 6 of us. Easy check in and check out as well as good communication with rental person. Will definitely think about rental here again.

Our stay in Ardmore, Pennsylvania unfortunately did not meet expectations. The pictures on the VRBO listing do not accurately reflect the condition of the furnishings in the property. Many of the items, including the TV in the living room, felt very outdated and older than what the photos suggest.Another inconvenience was the BBQ grill. When we tried to use it, the gas tank was empty, and we ended up having to purchase a new one ourselves in order to cook.Communication with the owner was also difficult throughout the stay. The most frustrating situation happened at check-in. Even though the reservation had been paid since the day before, we were unable to access the property and had to wait outside for about two hours before the issue was resolved.Overall, the stay could have been much better with more accurate listing photos, better preparation of the property, and clearer communication from the host.
