As a guest at Casa De Massa you will have access to this newly renovated guest suite that has a kitchenette equipped with a refrigerator, freezer, toaster oven, microwave, keurig, and sink. The living space has a comfortable (Q)sofa bed, (2)tvs, and a Queen size bed located in the bedroom. This private guest suite is perfect for a nice getaway!
Casa De Massa is located near a Publix, Target and Walmart (all within driving distance). For those on vacation the nearest beach is Gandy Mangroves, perfect for watching beautiful sunsets. Located only 15mins away are great local restaurants and bars (a list provided onsite). The beautiful Bayshore Blvd trail is also near and highly recommended to capture the picturesque view. The historic architecture of The University of Tampa is about 13mins away and also near downtown Tampa and channelside. Casa De Massa is a convenient located near the Selmon expressway and Gandy bridge connecting you to St. Petersburg Florida and Brandon/riverview area. We are located near Memorial Hospital and Tampa General Hospital for all traveling healthcare providers or loved ones visiting family.
Pets are also allowed with responsible oversight. Any damages incurred will result in an additional charge dependent on the incident.

Had one small issue on arrival with the door lock, but was contacted withing 10 minutes and was inside in another couple of minutes. The home was clean and had everything I needed for a few nights. The living area was large. My only "complaint" is that there is no real closet to hang up clothes. There is some shelving though that worked just fine. I didn't do any real cooking, so not sure about pots and pans, but reheated some takeout and had the utensils and plates I needed to reheat in the microwave and eat. I felt safe at night taking out my dog and the location was perfect for me in South Tampa. Overall, an excellent stay.

We had a great stay here! We stayed for 2 weeks and everything was so easy and smooth sailing, clean, pet friendly and great location! Neighborhood was clean and walkable for our dogs. The host was so kind and helpful!

Property was clean and spacious. A nice hideaway in a perfect location for us. Great owners too. Had a minor issue and they were on top of it immediately. Would stay here again.
