About this house rental
Very clean and spacious home with nice layout in a decent neighborhood area. The entire place has been re-modeled including bathrooms and kitchen, spacious and fully equipped to suit all our guests. The house contains a good size work space area as well as back and front yards.
Lots of restaurants and shopping nearby, including Wallmart, Homegoods, Publix and more. The closest main street is Kernan Blvd that crosses both Beach and Atlantic Blvd (which are main thoroughfare in Jacksonville that lead to downtown and beaches). It is 5 min away from ED Austin regional recreational park, 10 min away from Hanna National Park (beach park, lack park and camping ground) and 10 min away from Mayport Navy base.
3 Bedrooms each with Queen bed and 2 Queen sleeper sofas accommodates 10 adults! 65" Smart TV in the living room and 32" Smart TV in the bedroom, so you can stream your favorites shows and movies!

This is legit the best stay I could've asked for. Everything was SPOTLESS. Well kept neighborhood.
Kitchen had all necessary items, bathrooms had nice extras like hand sanitizer!
Quiet spot and great yard.
Owner was extremely communicative and friendly. Available for whatever we needed and provided recommendations for the local area. Would 1000% stay here again!
