About this villa rental
Welcome to our modern, two-story, luxurious 5 bedroom, 4.5 bathroom home in the beautiful gated community of Solterra.
This vacation home has two owners' suites, one of which is located on the ground floor along with the open kitchen, dining and great room.
On the second floor, you will find the second owners' suite, a second living space and three more guest bedrooms.
The home has been fitted throughout with beautiful contemporary furniture and decorated in light colors creating a warm, airy and welcoming feel.
Downstairs
Kitchen
The luxury kitchen has granite countertops and stainless steel appliances and with an abundance of crockery, cutlery and cookware for your use. It also includes a breakfast bar with four chairs, perfect for meals and interaction.
Dining Room
Dining is a pleasure sitting at the table, which accommodates 8, and being able to view the wonderful pool area while eating.
Gathering Room
Relax after a hard day at the parks in the gathering room on then large sectional sofa and enjoy quality time with your family and friends. Equipped with 65” flat screen TV and ROKU TV for all to enjoy.
Ground Floor Master Suite
The ground floor master bedroom has a king size bed, plenty of storage space in the large walk-in wardrobe, chest of drawers, bedside cabinets and a 55” flat screen TV with ROKU TV to enjoy. This master bathroom en-suite has a walk-in double shower and generous sized bath and separate restroom. This bathroom is also accessible from the pool area.
Laundry
The laundry room provides a washing machine, tumble dryer, ironing board and iron to enable you to keep your luggage light so there is plenty of room for all of those bargains from the excellent outlet malls.
Game Room
In the game room guests can have endless hours of fun with their family and friends playing Pool or Air Hockey.
Pool Area
The home has an extended south facing pool deck with large pool and a fantastic spa (heating optional) which overlooks fields with no rear neighbors. There are sun loungers for you to relax and take in the wonderful Florida sunshine and the large, covered Lanai area has a dining table and chairs for you to enjoy a family meal alfresco or early evening cocktails.
Outside you can unwind enjoying the wonderful views, or perhaps read a book or listen to music under the stars.
For your safety pool alarms are fitted to all openings to the rear of the home.
Upstairs
Loft
The large loft area is another fabulous addition to the home and offers a 65” wall mounted flat screen TV with ROKU TV, the area is arranged with comfortable seating to help you truly relax after your long days.
There is an arcade machine with 60 games (Pac Man, Space Invaders, Donkey Kong and more…) for all of the family to have fun. This is a great space to keep children entertained or just simply chill out and watch a movie.
Second Suite
The second owner's suite is fitted with a Queen bed and a 43” TV with ROKU TV. This superb en-suite has a double shower and twin vanity units.
Third Bedroom
The third bedroom has a lovely comfortable queen bed with one bedside cabinet walk in wardrobe and a spacious en-suite bathroom.
Fourth Bedroom
The fourth bedroom has two twin beds, it is stunning and modern and an ideal space for friends, siblings or cousins to share. This room has a wall mounted 32” TV with ROKU TV and access to a shared bathroom which has a bath with overhead shower and double vanity basin.
Fifth Bedroom
The fifth bedroom has a pyramid bunk bed and a wall mounted 32” T V with the ROKU TV. The room is bright, spacious and calming, perfect for children after a busy day enjoying themselves, an ideal place to sleep.
Dining
Within 10 minute's drive, you have a selection of restaurants and fast food options at Champions Gate, including: Chilli's Grill & Bar, Millers Ale House, Dulcetto Bistro, British Fish and Chip Shop, Subway, McDonalds, Red Robin, Wendy's and Dunkin Donuts and many more.
You have your choice of supermarkets, the closest is Publix at Champions Gate, a mere 3 miles away. Another option is Target at Posner Park, ideal for a wander!
Nearby, there is also a cinema at Posner Park with IMAX and a Walmart Supercenter 15 minutes away.

We have been using the VRBO site to find our break week home for about 15 years. This is one of the best homes ever!
This home is EXACTLY as pictured! Not only is the layout very convenient for generational families - it is well equipped with cooking and baking tools. We tend to dine in so this was a big plus.
Communications prior to our trip were very well done. Questions and information were provided in a timely manner and easily understood. The information package I received prior to our departure was very complete.
The property managers were exceptional - any of the problems we had were handled quickly. In fact, so quickly that someone arrived just as I was getting a text that they were on their way!
The space is lovely, well kept and away from the main building and activity center.
We loved this home and would stay again.

We very much enjoyed our stay! House was exactly as described and pictured on the website. The south facing pool was excellent as we got sun most of the day. It was also great not having any neighbours behind us. The kids enjoyed seeing the cows grazing in the early evening. The check-in process is much better now that it is at the clubhouse as we never experienced any long lineups at the gatehouse waiting to access the property. Any questions we had about the property were answered quickly by the Property Manager. Overall, a wonderful week! We will probably rent again!!

The property is as described in the listing. Unlike many others in same development, it has a nice view of a field at back. JC was very helpful while booking and prior arrangements. The prop. Manager Jenny was very good and quick to respond. We were 7 adults and 2 little ones. Ample space for everybody. Stayed over 3 weeks and enjoyed everyday. The traffic coming into the development is terrible, especially between 3:30-6 pm. Even worse on weekends. Overall we liked our stay and recommend it.
