The fully equipped kitchen has every amenity needed for an extended stay or a short get away, featuring marble countertops, all stainless appliances, Coffee maker combo (kcups or full pot) Air fryer and crockpot for ease and convenience. The master bedroom is furnished with a king size bed, while the guest bedroom has 2 queen beds, allowing this home to accommodate up to 6 people comfortably. This home also includes a double washer and dryer, to insure a hassle-free stay! Stepping outside, you can soak up the sun at the heated pool or cookout at the BBQ grilling area. Rent bikes around the corner and enjoy the ocean breeze as you leisurely stroll around the island. Not far from your front door, you will find the 7-mile stretch of sugar-sand beach. With just a short walk or a quick trolley ride, you will be sure to enjoy lively downtown Times Square, the famous pier, as well as many local shops, restaurants, and island activities! Everything was absolutely wonderful. Responsiveness of host was immediate when we had an issue with the front door. Very clean. Very updated. Very cozy. Beds are a dream. Kitchen is well stocked with small appliances.

Location is great! Right in mix but not loud with traffic noise. Great use of space and pool is fantastic to have. The beach is a quick walk. Only draw back is uncomfortable beds. My husband, son and I stayed in the room with 2 queen beds while other family members stayed in master bedroom. If the place had better mattresses it woukd be a 5 star rating.

My husband, I and our 2 teenage boys really enjoyed our stay. Our oldest boy as we walked in the door said "I'd live here". We thought we would spend more time at the beach but actually spent most mornings by the pool (husband enjoyed having the large TV to watch) and did the beach in the late afternoons. Going to the beach was ease with the provided wagon, beach chairs, cooler and towels. We also thought we would go out to eat more but we did spent a few evenings grilling a nice meal and eating poolside. The only negative is the pool pump was off for a few days and was cold so little time spent swimming but when we contacted Kelly, she immediately called their pool caretaker and they were out the next day. We plan to be back, hopefully for a longer stay next time.
