I stayed at Hayat BI Residency from 19th to 20th January 2026, and it was a very pleasant experience. The host was extremely helpful and welcoming throughout my stay. Special thanks to the caretaker, Reshma—she was very kind, attentive, and took great care of everything, making the stay comfortable and hassle-free. Overall, it was a smooth and enjoyable experience, and I would definitely recommend this place… The host was extremely accommodating and kindly accepted my late check-in and late check-out request, which I truly appreciated.

If you are traveling with your pet on Mumbai- Bengaluru route this is the ideal midway stop. Located just 5 mins off the highway, this property is one of very few places in Belgaum that welcomes a pet. These are two terrace apartments on the 5th floor of a building with open terrace where your pet can roam freely.
I could understand that is was a basic accommodation and was not expecting anything fancy or luxurious but there are maintenance issues. The cable in one apartment was not working because it was not charged and could not be made operational despite our repeated requests. The AC in the bedroom was leaking water inside and we could not use it. it requires servicing. The utensils in the kitchenette are very run down, mix & match and not up to the mark. The pillows and bath towels definitely need to be changed.
