Vrij schraal en teleurstellend verblijf in Maison Loic.

Het appartement heeft een fijn zitgedeelte en een grote TV. De waterdruk is goed, tenzij je warm wilt douchen... Prettig is dat er direct bij de deur gereserveerde parkeerplaatsen zijn.

Wat tegenviel was dat het er erg koud was. Bij binnenkomst, rond een uur of 19:00, was het er 11 graden en we hebben de ruimte niet meer op kamertemeratuur gekregen die avond. Kachels zijn voornamelijk elektrisch en de gebruikte elektriciteit moet aanvullend afgerekend worden. Niet heel sportief als de starttemperatuur 11 graden is. Wat niet hielp was dat de pelletkachel niet lekker werkte, een of andere melding gaf en de hele nacht heeft staan piepen. Dat is de volgende dag wel verholpen. Verder was er in het appartement nog geen velletje toiletpapier te vinden, geen vaatdoekje of ook maar een afwasblokje.

Schöne Wohnung schlecht organisiert

Moderne Einrichtung

Die Organisation. Vermittler ist Ardenne online. Man muss in den nächsten Ort fahren ca. 10 km im den Schlüssel abzuholen und ihn auch wieder dorthin zurückbringen. Seinen Plastikmüll muss man am Ende auch dort vorbeibringen. Es entstehen Gebühren, wenn es nicht macht. Die Rückerstattung der Kaution dauert 1-2Wochen. Ohne Angabe von Gründen wurden von den 200€ Kaution 70€ einbehalten. Alles sehr unseriös. Würden wir nicht noch einmal buchen!

correct verblijf leuk verblijf

Prijs-kwaliteit is uitstekend: €330 voor een week in half maart. De slaapkamers zijn ruim en de bedden comfortabel. De badkamer is voldoende groot en het grote dakterras is een mooie extra. De keuken is goed uitgerust met alles wat je nodig hebt. De ligging is ideaal om de streek te verkennen. De parkeerplaats is ruim genoeg voor één auto, maar voor twee kan het wat krap zijn.

De sleutels moesten worden opgehaald op 9 km afstand, wat niet erg handig. De accommodatie biedt veel zicht op de buren, en de trap is eerder geschikt voor slanke, jonge personen. Ik verbleef er half maart, toen het nog koud was, waardoor de zakken houtkorrels voor de haard er snel doorheen gingen. Jammer dat er daarnaast nog extra kosten voor elektriciteit in rekening worden gebracht.
