Paradero Todos Santos - Exclusive experiences included

Photos don’t do this place justice. The design and spaces are stunning and the garden is truly remarkable. What was the biggest highlight however isn’t the property but the people and the experiences curated by Paradero. Everyone is incredibly attentive, warm and passionate about what they do. The experiences gave us an opportunity to exchange with people and discover more about the region. The food is phenomenal and the entire stay exceeded my expectations. I came here to relax and reconnect and leave with the best memories.

Nothing to note

The hotel is absolutely beautiful and relaxing, with views of the mountain. This hotel, nestled in the desert, is a truly special experience. The Michelin kitchen has excellent food, and the mixology is of the highest quality. The rooftop area with the net hammock was the highlight of our afternoons, watching the sunset.

Better communication is needed upon arrival of the imentities.

The most amazing stay. The friendliness of the staff and the attention to detail was wonderful. Too many highlights to mention! Carlos was amazing, we had a cooking class with cesar which was wonderful! We loved the hike and had a lovely yoga class too! Truly an unforgettable experience in the most serene location. The staff go above and beyond.

The property is stunning, the plants and the position!

Unfortunately many things which - as a frequent traveler- are missing. Rooms don’t have a fridge nor a kettle for coffee or tea. Not accepted from a location so secluded and for their rates. One should be able to have a drink in the room or a morning warm tea without going to the main bar which by the way closes at 10 pm. The turn down service just unfold the bed, no little touches of personalisation on this moment: no slippers arranged near the bed, a chcolate, a cookie or simple a good night note) For this price generally these are the details which come with that. Poor attention from the concierge app. I asked to organise a small candle for my friend bday during our last dinner at the venue. Nothing was arranged if not when we went to pay our check out bill and then the guy at the reception realised about my request ( by reading it on the pc). The concierge app wrote me -before dinner- that they were going to look into that, “ give us a few minutes” they said…. In smaller hotels all around the world the birthday of guests is always remembered by the details on the passports. On such a high category hotel I would expect this level of attention. - Racks in the rooms are not practical and not enough for a 4 days staying. - no snacks for pool drinks- only proper pool food menu. No chips/ nuts/ nibbles. Is someone doesn’t want to eat but drink only, some nibbles would be expected. -not to mention the small flies and flies during the day but this is an overall issue we found also on other restaurants during the day ( at night they disappear) Overall we found the property to be beautiful but for an hotel on this category, there are many missing points, as a client you don’t feel special.
