It’s very clean and affordable and the aircon was working perfectly
The smell in the bathing room but it was very clean , they should try and use jik or domestos to get rid of the urine smell

Central CBD of Maputo, this is the Baixa. This is not a tourist area but it was perfect for me. Not the bathrooms are separate and shared.
