    Booked a family room that sleeps five., the property and room info clearly said that When I got there, it only had a small double bed and bunk bed for two in a tiny room I showed the staff a screenshot of my booking, and they said they had different information I paid extra for a bigger room, and instead got a smaller room with less beds Be very careful when booking at Carinya

    Great place to stay on the way to the snow. The room we had was quite basic (as expected) but it was warm and cosy. Allowed us to get up to the snow earlier than staying at Cooma.

    I stayed in the cheapest room, with an outside bathroom. It was cheap, but was fine. I slept well in the bed, the ac worked well, and tv and fridge. The staff, sadly, didn't call back when they said they would, and then delayed replying to text. I was offered an upgrade (for a little extra fee) replied "yes" but they didn't make it happen. O well...
