About this house rental
Nestled in the heart of Old Town Park City, the Park City Empire 4-Bedroom retreat offers the perfect all-season getaway. Enjoy a short stroll to Park City Mountain Resort, Historic Main Street, and a variety of shops and restaurants. With the free shuttle stop just minutes away, exploring Kimball Junction, Deer Valley, and beyond has never been easier. Experience mountain adventures and vibrant town life all in one!
This four-level property features a spacious 2,282 square feet with four bedrooms and three and a half bathrooms that can easily accommodate up to ten guests.
Entrance to the home is via the front door or garage door into the home, which will place you one floor below the main living area, holding the living room, kitchen and dining area. This space has numerous windows to bring in lots of natural light throughout.
Living Room: This room offers contemporary furnishings, including a comfy sectional sofa and Smart TV. Step out onto the adjacent deck where you will find terrific views of Old Town Park City, a BBQ grill and outdoor furnishings.
Kitchen: Fully equipped kitchen that features stainless steel appliances, gorgeous stone countertops and wrap around kitchen bar has seating for six.
Dining Room: The charming dining area has seating for six.
Bedrooms/Bathrooms:
Master bedroom — King size bed, Smart TV, the private bath has a walk-in closet, stone counters, a spacious tub/shower combo. Access the private patio for some fresh mountain air. This room is located one level down from entry level.
Bedroom 2 —King size bed, Smart TV, and a private bathroom offering a large tiled shower. The adjacent patio has a soothing private hot tub. This room is located entry level, one level below the kitchen and living space.
Bedroom 3 — Queen bed, Smart TV, and a private bathroom with a spacious shower. You'll also have a private patio space. This room is located one level down from entry level.
Bedroom 4 (lower level) — Two Full Beds

We had 2 families with 5 total kids for 2 days of skiing at Park City and one at Deer Valley. The location was perfect for getting to Park City base (about 3 city blocks) where there is also a bus stop to Main Street and Deer Valley. The property was well stocked with essentials and clean. Check in and check out were seamless and the company was responsive to requests. The property is 4 stories so be prepared for some stairs and is uphill so the walk home after skiing is tiring. But other than that was very easy. The hot tub broke while we were there but the company was responsive and quick to send out maintenance. Overall a great location for families or a group trip!

We have rented various homes in Park City over the years and this is definitely at the top of the list. We usually have to buy supplies like soap, coffee, etc but here, they had everything. Spices, cooking oil, nice quality pots, pans, knives. Felt like a home away from home. Additionally, Jeff was great leading up to the trip and Courtney was very responsive via text while we were there. Great experience. Highly recommend this house.
