About this house rental
Nice efficiency with new kitchenette on one of the Las Olas Isles.
No smoking!
Kitchen, fridge, cook plate, micro, high dining table for 2, queen bed.
This is a no-smoking apartment.
I have just remodeling the apartment.
All is nice and clean and mainly new.
Best location close to Las Olas and the beach, right on the channel isle.
Beach towels included.
Roku TV/Netflix.
Covered patio and eating area
Parking outside.
Walking to Las Olas restaurants.
We have 2 kayaks our guests can use.
You get all private unit.
There is an outside patio and you have access to the water/deck through a gate on the neighbor property. Only 30’ walk.
You have own entrance
I will be accessible almost 24/7
Walking distance to Las Olas and the beach.
Uber is easy always within few minutes.
Walking to the beach is approx 1 mile. Las Olas restaurants like 1/2 mile.
Lime and other scooters are everywhere.
We rent bikes for 5$ a day.
If on site parking is taken there is street parking with 24 h limits just 100’ away.
And a little side note. The tap water here in Florida/Broward has a little brown color. If you fill up a bathtub etc. you will see a slight color change. I just mention it as a few guests has commented it during their stay

A hidden gem! This quaint little apartment is the perfect place to stay for a quick trip in Ft. Lauderdale. We were able to walk to the beach (about a 30 minute walk but it's beautiful). Definitely utilize the kayaks, neighbors were so sweet and Liza the host was amazing. I'll be back soon!

Exactly as it appears..right on the waterway...very clean...great neighborhood. ...great walk to the beach..5 min...easy access to Las Olas and Victoria Park neighborhood of Fort Lauderdale which has beautiful houses, beautiful landscapes amongst shade trees....Definitely walk through this are at night..
