About this apartment rental
Small complex with water views, tennis and a pool. Beautifully furnished fully equipped kitchen, 2br, 2ba -one queen and one King bed. owner has kayaks and stand up paddle boards to use. Relax on the open balcony, stroll and fish off the sea wall on the intracoastal waterway. Close to restaurants and shops and easy drive to the gulf beaches, minutes away from Fort DeSoto with all the cabanas and pavilions and ferry to Egmont Key. Owners Kayaks and SUP boards to use, one Parking space under and guest parking too, an elevator and ice machine to use.
Required information for reserving seasonal units
You have either reserved with Shirley Rigo or thru VRBO, possibly TripAdvisor.
If you have booked. You are reserved on the calendars. Now we need to process you.

Photo id’s, drivers lic or passports for non us citizens: Verify the address on your license or passports are correct. If passports do not have an address please include the address in the email.
Emails and cell #’s required for all 18 and older.
Emergency person contact info.
If there is a pet or pets: pictures, name, breed, color and vet record of shots. Cats may be exempt for shots - inquire. $225 cleaning fee, $250 per pet fee check rules on breeds, association fee $50 on unit, $65 per person back ground to association.
Auto info: if you're driving here: make/model-color -year. Tag number and state. Copy if registration. If renting an auto, to register vehicle provide info to Mgmt office.
Once I have the information I will prepare the forms for our office as well as for the association. These forms are: reservation form, an ASSOC addendum, rules and regs, contact info sheet, pet forms where applicable.
Once you receive your reservation filled out for direct reservations: you will Send ASAP a DEPOSIT of 50% if directly through us to hold the unit, Full payment if less than 90 days to occupancy.
Everyone: Send The Association check made out to the appropriate association. You should write the check made out to the association with unit number in the memo section.
For all US citizens and Canadians a background is needed from you for the association
That is about it, the form explains the dates and funds due( if not paid thru VRBO. )

Small, peaceful community on a channel with quick access to the bay and gulf. Everyone was friendly. We walked and biked almost everywhere we went. Nature and wildlife abound. From bird watching to manatees in the channel and dolphins in the bay. A beautiful little corner of Florida.
