About this apartment rental
Studio 309 on Little Paris Hotel is one of the largest studios, on 2nd floor floor with covered shared seating right outside the door.
The studio has a nice queen size bed with a good mattress, dinning table and 4 chairs, little kitchenette with counter top cooktop, fridge with freezer, micro oven, coffee maker and toaster.
Bathroom with large shower.
There is also a large walk-in closet.
You get your private studio with private bathroom. Private entrance.
Shared outside patio and courtyard.
Shared outside patio and courtyard. Coin operated washer and dryer.
I live in the area and will be reachable by phone or Airbnb app. Mainly during daytime 8am-6pm, but in urgent case I try to be available 24/7.
Perfect neighborhood. Prime location at Fort Lauderdale beach. 1 block from beach, bars and restaurants.
Parking all around the beach is paid parking so enjoy the free parking at Little Paris Hotel.
Uber and Lyft are always only a few minutes away.
Approximately 15-20$ to the airport. Less to Port Everglades.
Water Taxi stop just 100 feet away.
This is not a party house.
No smoking inside.
Smoke outside at designated areas.
No outside noise from 10pm to 8am.
Parking on the premises.
The studio has a window mounted AC and you can switch it on and off as you like. If you set it on low fan it is not as noisy.

Nice apartment. Communication on behalf of the host was very poor. I sent 3 messages to the host in the weeks leading up to the stay and she replied to none of them. I arrived to the location 2 hours before check in and still had no way to reach the owner and I had been given any instructions. I also had difficulty finding the vrbo phone number. Once I figured out the vrbo number, the vrbo agent assisted me in reaching the host.
Besides that, there was no extra bedding available for the second pull out bed. I sent an email to the host asking for more bedding for the next night and we received no reply and no bedding.
Other than that, the apartment was nice and clean. It was close to the beach, clubs, and restaurants.
So it was a good stay and the apartment served the purpose. But I recommend making inquiries to the host before booking if possible bc one you book it, you are now obligated and at the mercy of the host to give you information.
